How do I complete my identity verification?
If you are using the website: Click on your avatar in the upper right corner of the homepage, and click "Identity verification" to enter the KYC page.If you are using the app: Tap the avatar icon in the upper left corner, and tap on "Unverified" to enter the KYC page.
What documents should I use to complete the KYC verification?
You can use your identity card, driver's license, or passport. The platform will review the files after you submit them.
Why did my KYC verification fail?
Some reasons why KYC verification failed may include the following:Inaccurate or incomplete information: The submitted identity document information or personal data does not match the actual person's data, or the information is incomplete.Expired identity documents: The submitted document, such as an identity card or passport, may have expired and cannot be authenticated.Unclear photo: The uploaded identification photo or selfie is blurred, resulting in the system not being able to clearly identify the information submitted.
