Identity verification confirms who you are, helping us keep your assets safe and and prevent fraud.
Website: Click your avatar (top right) → Select "Identity Verification".
App: Tap your avatar (top left) → Select "Unverified".
If you are using the app: Tap the avatar icon in the upper left corner, and tap on "Unverified" to enter the KYC page.
You can use an ID card, driver's license, or passport. We will review your document after submission.
Some common reasons why identity verification failed include:
1. Wrong information: Your documents don't match your details.
2. Expired ID: Your ID or passport is out of date.
3. Unclear photos: Your pictures are too blurry to read.
