Keeping your profile information updated on WEEX is essential for account security, smooth transactions, and enhanced user experience. Whether you need to change your email, phone number, or personal details, this guide will walk you through the process.

Deposits on WEEX are free. 

WEEX provides digital wallets for depositing tokens. After log in to WEEX, You can click [Assets] > click [Deposit] > select the cryptocurrency you own like BTC USDT, WXT USDT, and ETH USDT to deposit into the platform. Simply copy the deposit address provided by WEEX or use the QR code to scan and deposit from any third-party digital wallet. 

If your WEEX account is frozen due to too many incorrect password attempts when you logged in, customer support: @weikecs can assist you in unlocking it. 

Visit the WEEX Log In Page and click "Forgot Password" above the "log in" button. Enter your email or mobile number accurately and click "Next". Follow the WEEX system prompts to reset your password.

Once signed up or logged in to WEEX, navigate to your profile settings by clicking your avatar or username in the top right corner. Select "Unverified" from the dropdown menu. Fill in your personal information, upload the required documents and wait for approval. KYC verification on WEEX typically takes 24 to 48 hours. After you log in to WEEX, move your mouse to the avatar logo and click "Security" > "Login Password" > "Change" to modify and reset the password.
